If you receive a defective item, you have one day from the date of receipt to request an exchange. To be eligible, the item must be new, unworn, and in its original condition, including packaging and clothing label.

Additionally, if you receive an item in a size that doesn't fit, you can exchange it for your preferred size if the courier is still at the door.
